Work With Us: The eBurst Advocate Attorney Network
Paid opportunities for licensed attorneys to take on our clients' civil matters, provide limited-scope review, and supervise case preparation — with organized, court-ready files delivered to you.
Why attorneys partner with us
Our clients frequently reach a point where they need advice or representation that only a licensed attorney can provide. We hand those matters off to attorneys in our network, with intake complete and the file organized.
Organized files
Indexed dockets, chronologies, exhibit sets, and client-provided facts — ready for your review on day one.
Pre-screened clients
Clients arrive informed about costs and process, with documents gathered and civil-only matters confirmed.
Support staff on demand
Use our team for document assembly, formatting, filing logistics, and service coordination under your supervision.
Ways to work with us
1. Full or Limited-Scope Representation
Accept matters from eBurst Advocate clients who need representation. You engage the client directly under your own retainer agreement, set your own fees, and are paid directly by the client. Limited-scope (unbundled) representation is welcomed where permitted, e.g., under Rule 4-1.2(c) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
2. Document Review & Consultation
Provide flat-fee or hourly attorney review of client-prepared documents, contract reviews, or one-time legal advice consultations. Paid directly by the client under your engagement terms, or as contracted with eBurst Advocate where ethically permitted.
3. Supervising Attorney (Contract)
Supervise eBurst Advocate paralegals on designated matters — including estate and prenuptial document preparation — and review work product before it reaches the client. Compensated on a contract hourly or per-matter basis by eBurst Services Inc.
4. Co-Counsel & Case Assistance
Already handling a civil case? Hire our team for docket management, trial binder preparation, exhibit indexing, research compilation, e-filing logistics, and service of process coordination under your direction.
