Family Law Document Preparation
Completion of Florida Supreme Court approved family law forms using the information you provide — with the required Disclosure from Nonlawyer, every time.
The rules we follow
Under Florida law, a nonlawyer may assist a self-represented person by typing or otherwise completing Florida Supreme Court approved family law forms, using only the information that person provides, and may give the person official instructions and general procedural information. A nonlawyer may not give legal advice, choose which forms to use, or explain how the law applies to the person's circumstances.
Before we assist with any family law form, you will receive and sign Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Form 12.900(a), Disclosure from Nonlawyer, which explains that we are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. Each completed form will also identify the eBurst Advocate team member who helped prepare it, as the rules require.

Family law outside Florida
Every state has its own family law forms and rules about who may help complete them. For matters outside Florida, we confirm what non-attorney document assistance is permitted in that state before accepting the engagement, and we may limit our role to organization, formatting, and attorney coordination.
