Based in Port St. Lucie on the Treasure Coast, our team works daily with Florida's County Courts (including small claims and landlord-tenant), Circuit Courts (civil and family divisions), Clerk of Court e-filing procedures, and the Florida Supreme Court approved forms.
We serve clients in all 67 Florida counties remotely, with in-person appointments available in Port St. Lucie. We are especially familiar with the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach area, including St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, Okeechobee, and Palm Beach counties (Florida's 19th and 15th Judicial Circuits).

For matters outside Florida, we offer document organization, formatting to local court rules, docket organization, research compilation, service coordination, and attorney coordination.
Before accepting a non-Florida matter, we review that state's rules on nonlawyer assistance. Some states license or certify legal document preparers; others restrict nonlawyer assistance more narrowly. Where state rules limit our role, we narrow our services or coordinate with a licensed attorney in that state.
