Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to eBurst Advocate, a division of eBurst Services Inc ("we," "us"), and to this website and our services.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact information: name, email, phone, mailing address.
  • Matter information: the facts, documents, case numbers, and records you choose to provide for us to prepare or organize documents.
  • Payment information: processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
  • To prepare, organize, and deliver the services you purchase
  • To communicate with you about your matter, billing, and deadlines you ask us to track
  • To coordinate with attorneys, process servers, court reporters, or others you authorize
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: with your authorization (for example, with a network attorney you choose); with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, payment processing, e-signature) under confidentiality obligations; with courts or third parties when you direct us to file or serve documents; and when required by law, subpoena, or court order. Because we are not attorneys, your communications with us are not privileged.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Retention

We retain client files for as long as needed to provide services and as required for legal, tax, and business purposes, then securely delete or destroy them.

7. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements, by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
