Court Document Preparation
Pleadings and court papers typed and formatted to the applicable court rules from the information you provide. You decide what to file, sign the document, and file it as a self-represented party (or through your attorney).

Agreements prepared from terms the parties have already negotiated and decided. We do not advise on what terms to include or whether an agreement protects your interests; attorney review is recommended for any significant agreement.

Filing, Service & Hearing Preparation
Logistics and organization so your case paperwork is complete, served, and ready for the courtroom. You appear for yourself; we do not attend or speak at hearings on your behalf.

Settlement & Mediation Preparation
We help you organize your own position and documents for a legal dispute. We do not negotiate legal disputes or claims on your behalf or tell you what offer to make or accept. (Business deal and contract negotiation for business clients is offered separately through eBurst Services consulting.)
