Legal Disclaimer & Non-Attorney Disclosure

Please read this carefully before using our website or services.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

eBurst Advocate is not a law firm and its consultants are not attorneys. We cannot give you legal advice. Using our services is not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney.

1. Non-attorney services

eBurst Advocate is a trade name of eBurst Services Inc, a Florida corporation, offering non-attorney legal consulting, document preparation, organization, and procedural information services. Our team members, including those titled "Advocate," "Legal Advocate," "Legal Consultant," "Paralegal," or "Case Coordinator," are not licensed to practice law in Florida or any other jurisdiction unless expressly identified to you in writing as a licensed attorney, and such attorneys act independently of eBurst Advocate.

2. No legal advice

We do not and cannot: provide legal advice; recommend legal strategy; select legal forms or causes of action; explain how law applies to your facts; interpret court orders, contracts, or statutes for your situation; or predict outcomes. Any general information we provide about procedures, forms, or the law is publicly available information provided for educational and organizational purposes only.

3. No attorney-client relationship or privilege

Your use of this website, submission of any form, consultation with our team, or purchase of any service does not create an attorney-client relationship. Communications with eBurst Advocate are not protected by the attorney-client privilege or the attorney work-product doctrine.

4. No representation

We do not represent clients before any court, administrative agency, arbitrator, or mediator, and we do not negotiate legal disputes or claims with any third party on a client's behalf. Where you purchase our e-filing service, we submit documents you have reviewed and signed, exactly as signed, as a ministerial filing service; you remain the filing party of record. Business deal negotiation for business clients is a separate consulting service of eBurst Services Inc and is limited to commercial terms. You are responsible for signing, serving, and presenting your own documents, or for retaining an attorney to do so.

5. Information you provide

Documents we prepare are based solely on information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information and for reviewing all documents before signing or filing. We are not responsible for consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information, missed deadlines, or decisions you make.

6. Civil matters only

We assist only with civil matters. We do not assist with criminal matters of any kind.

7. Florida family law forms

For Florida family law matters, we provide Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Form 12.900(a), Disclosure from Nonlawyer, before providing assistance, and identify the nonlawyer who assisted on the completed forms, as required.

8. Independent attorneys

Attorneys in the eBurst Advocate Attorney Network are independent professionals. Any attorney-client relationship is solely between you and that attorney, under that attorney's own engagement agreement. eBurst Advocate does not supervise or control any attorney's legal judgment, does not share in legal fees, and does not receive referral fees. eBurst Advocate makes no representation about the quality of any attorney's services. You are free to choose any attorney.

9. Other jurisdictions

Rules regarding non-attorney assistance vary by state. Our services outside Florida are limited to those permitted in the relevant jurisdiction and may be further restricted.

10. Website content

Website content is for general informational purposes only, may not reflect current law, and should not be relied upon as legal advice. Links to third-party websites, including our affiliated eBurst companies, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

11. Finding legal help

If you need legal advice, contact a licensed attorney. In Florida: The Florida Bar Lawyer Referral Service, 1-800-342-8011; Florida legal aid organizations; or your county courthouse self-help center. To report concerns about the unlicensed practice of law in Florida, contact The Florida Bar UPL Department.
